High quality Dimeryl Diisocyanate DDI CAS NO. 68239-06-5
DDI is a unique aliphatic diisocyanate that can be used to prepare polymers with compounds containing active hydrogen. It is a long-chain compound with a 36-carbon dimer fatty acid backbone. The main chain structure gives DDI superior flexibility, water resistance and low toxicity to other aliphatic isocyanates. DDI is a low viscosity liquid that is easily soluble in most polar or non-polar solvents. Because it is aliphatic isocyanate, has the characteristics of non-yellowing. It has many advantages of low toxicity, easy to use, soluble in most solvents, controllable reaction time and low water sensitivity. It is a typical green biorenewable special isocyanate variety, which can be widely used in fabric finishing, elastomers, adhesives and sealants, coatings, inks and other military and civil fields.
1. Fabric: our DDI with water easily to be aqueous emulsion, which made the fabric be smooth, gentile, and water-proof.
2. PU resin and Polyurea resin, using DDI can be with preformance of non-yellowing, excellent resilience, and extensile, high rigid, low water sensible, and better anti-abrasivenesss, anti-chemical solvent , and anti-low temperature.
3. React with HTPB to be excellent compatibility and reactivity, the produced PU can be extraordinary low rigid, no need plastic agent.
4. Coating. DDI polyurea coating with excellent tensile strength and weather proof, which are easily adhered to metal and wood without fracture.
